Hello, Readers!

I’m L.R. Madore and I would like to thank you for taking the time to read my bio. My writing journey began when I was a child because I loved books so much. The Scholastic Book Fair? Best day of the year! 

From detective novels starring the family dogs to a series based on a random guy I saw in public, writing has always been my favorite creative outlet.

To think that I waited until my forties to publish anything baffles me as much as it does my family. But better late than never!

A few more facts: I grew up in a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio, just ten minutes from the shores of Lake Erie. Today, my life is a wonderful, loud mix of my partner-in-crime, JC, my stepson, and our combined Mediterranean and Ohioan families. I’m a dog person at heart, an animal lover in general, and a lifelong music nerd with a passion for heavy metal.
